Born on 25 jan 1994 in bhind. Anuj is the first dhrupad artist from Chambal division, he received his first music training from his father shri Gajendra singh  kushwah, shri Gyan singh Shakya and shri Ram mohan mishra.

At the age of 17^th he turned into tha  Dhrupad  and got selected in first scholarship batch of Dhrupad Kendra.  he started learning Dhrupad from shri Abhijeet Sukhdane in Guru Shishya Tradition in dhrupad Kendra Gwalior under Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University Madhya Pradesh sanskriti parishad.

Anuj has done M.A. Music also Dhrupad Kala Ratna and Prabhakar in Violin and Vocal
